Welcome to Buena Vida, I hope you enjoy your visit and find something to inspire you. Buena Vida means “good life” in Spanish, the name came to mind whilst on a holiday in Spain where the concept of my venture for the future began. When qualified I began working as a Therapist and love every minute of it.

Increasingly more people are choosing Holistic / Complementary Therapies to combat the stresses and strains of everyday life. At Buena Vida I provide a professional service in a  relaxed and friendly environment.

My aim is to promote Health and vitality for each individual by providing a unique selection of therapies that complement eachother. So whether you need advice on nutrition and diet, a talking therapy such as Stress Management to help you sort out your problems, or a relaxing massage, look no further, just click on the buttons on the left of this page for more information. The treatments can be used alone or  often in addition to standard medical treatments. Each one is aimed at improving your health and quality of life.  The benefits of the therapies are limitless and also accumalative therefore the more treatments you experience the greater the improvement to your well-being.
To revive or relax, I focus on health through a personalised, holistic approach, restoring and improving your physical and emotional well-being and offering encouragement and support where needed.

My Therapy room is a place of quiet calm, a sanctuary from the rush of everyday life, it incorporates the very “essence ” of Buena Vida. The attributes are of the highest quality, from the purest essential oils, to a high performance sound system from “Bose” from which soothing music flows creating an ideal atmosphere to enhance any treatment. Relax and enjoy a truly wonderful experience! 

I operate by “appointment only” currently evenings and  weekends, so why not take some time out for yourself at the end of a long day!
